Great selection!

Butterflies Australia have an app similar to the frog one, aimed at collecting data about the distribution of butterflies. https://butterflies.org.au/external/home

Sydney Uni and Taronga Zoo have a project mapping the change in distribution of target bird species in cities. (But they tell me they're interested in records from small towns too.) https://taronga.org.au/conservation-and-science/current-research/big-city-birds

I also use Australian Tropical Rainforest Plants, although I am terrible at keying out. https://keys.lucidcentral.org/search/australian-tropical-rainforest-plants-edition-8/

I def need to get Euclid.
